Riyadh breakfast house · 4 branches

Two eyes,
sunny side up.

بيض عيون

A Riyadh breakfast house built on one dish done right — eggs cracked to order in a hot pan, served with masoub, areika, foul and hot Adani tea. Ninety items on the menu. Four branches across the city. One kitchen standard.

Where to find us

Four branches across Riyadh

Every branch runs the same menu, the same prices and the same kitchen standard — supplied daily from our central production kitchen.

Our story

Named after the dish, not the other way round

Bid euyun — “eyes eggs” — is what a Saudi table calls two yolks left whole in the pan. It is the simplest thing a kitchen can serve, which is exactly why it is the hardest to fake.

We built the rest of the menu outward from there — and four branches later, the pan has not changed.

Cracked to orderNo egg is cooked before it is ordered. Nothing sits under a lamp.
One central kitchenDoughs, spice blends and sauces are made in one production kitchen and delivered to all four branches daily.
One price listA sandwich costs the same in Olaysha as it does in Al Nakhil. No branch pricing.
Open from dawnThe Alfajriya breakfast is on the pass before sunrise, for the ones who start their day early.

Bring the whole table.

Group platters from 60 SR and sandwich boxes from 35 SR. Call your nearest branch the day before and it will be ready hot.
